This amounts to the emotional baggage you have accumulated and clears it in the best possible way from your memories. Think of it as a chance to spring clean the mind and household contents to create a new emotional space for new memories and physical space for furniture. Try to engage with new communities. Walk around local shops, purchase some meats from the area and cook them at home. Drive to a new route to your new home as often as you can. Establish new business relationships and re-engage with old communities. Invite friends and family to your new home for dinner. Create a book wherein there is a collage of photos about your favourite people and places in your old community. Invite people to write in the book. Please include pictures of the new location to create new memories and view it as a natural progression. In the end, it has to go to be said that relocation does cause depression.
